1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Solvenza Solutions LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Solvenza Solutions LLC provides nearshore staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll administration, recruitment, and AI automation services to U.S.-based businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information required for payroll processing and talent placement. Clients must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and cooperate with Solvenza in fulfilling service obligations.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Solvenza Solutions LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
