02What data we collect

Only what you give us when you fill out the Start a Project form (/contact):

  • Name.
  • Email.
  • Company.
  • Project type.
  • Project description.
  • Estimated budget.
  • Preferred contact method (email or phone).
  • Phone number (only if you chose "phone" as your contact method).
  • Form language (ES or EN).
  • Consent to be contacted.
  • Submission date and time.

What we don't collect: we don't use tracking cookies, we don't have user accounts, we don't build advertising profiles, and we don't share data with ad networks. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures pageviews and conversion events anonymously, without cookies or personally identifiable information.

03Why we collect it

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your inquiry.
  • Evaluate whether there's a commercial fit between what you need and what we do.
  • Contact you through the channel you chose.

Legal basis: your explicit consent when submitting the form, plus our legitimate interest in responding to commercial inquiries directed at us.

04How we process the data

When you submit the form, the content goes straight by email to our inbox. We don't store it in our own database.

Three things happen along the way:

  • Email delivery: we use Resend to deliver the message to our inbox.
  • Anti-bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile verifies you're not a bot. It does not do personal fingerprinting.
  • Error monitoring: Sentry logs server-side technical failures. No cookies, no personal data, only anonymous stack traces and request metadata.

06How long we keep your data

The email with your inquiry stays in our inbox indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. Since there's no proprietary database, there's no additional copy.

If you want us to delete your information, email admin@solvenzasolutionsllc.com and we'll do it.

07Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it's wrong.
  • Request its deletion.
  • Request a portable copy.
  • Object to its use.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@solvenzasolutionsllc.com. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.

08International transfers

Our processors are in the United States. If you write to us from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Latin America, your data crosses jurisdictions. Those transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the Data Privacy Framework, depending on each provider.

09Minors

The site is not directed at people under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10Security

  • All site traffic travels encrypted with TLS.
  • Access to the contact inbox is restricted to the Solvenza team.
  • There is no secondary storage of your data.

No system is 100% unbreakable, but we keep the attack surface minimal: fewer places to store, fewer places something can go wrong.

11Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is material (it affects how we handle your data), we notify by email those who have written to us before.
